Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Old City Readings (oldcityreadings.com).

Because our products are digital, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read the following conditions carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products and Fulfillment All the items sold on our store are digital products (PDF files) that are delivered directly to your email address. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered.

Order Cancellations and Refunds You are eligible for a full refund only if you request a cancellation before your order has been fulfilled.

  • If you change your mind and contact us before the email containing your PDF has been sent, we will happily cancel your order and process a full refund.

  • To request a pre-delivery cancellation, please contact us immediately at oldcityreadings@gmail.com.

  • Once the email with the digital product has been sent to you, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.

File Issues and Incorrect Items While physical damage does not apply to our products, technical issues can occasionally happen. Please check your file upon reception. If the digital file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or if you received the wrong PDF, please contact us immediately at oldcityreadings@gmail.com. We will quickly evaluate the issue and send you the correct or a functioning file to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items As stated, all delivered digital goods are non-returnable. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept refunds on gift cards or clearance sale items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period (Digital Content) If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have a right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, under EU law for digital goods, by purchasing and agreeing to the immediate delivery of digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) once the digital content has been delivered (emailed to you).

Approved Refunds If your pre-delivery cancellation is approved, we will notify you and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
